Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Curated Baskets/Boxes (Pre-designed)- 

We make every effort to ship pre-designed gift baskets/boxes within 2-4 business days (not including the date an order was placed).  For example: If you place an order on a Monday, your gift basket/box would ship out between Wednesday-Friday. If you place an order on a Friday, your gift basket/box would ship out between Tuesday-Thursday the following week.

 

Custom Design Gift Service- (3-4 Business Days + Transit)

We need at least 3-4 business days for production (not including the date an order was placed) plus transit time if a gift basket/box will be delivered. For example: If you place an order on a Monday, your gift basket/box would ship out on Thursday or Friday. If you place an order on a Friday, your gift basket/box would ship out on Wednesday or Thursday the following week. If you order more than one gift basket/box at a time, your order may be subject to longer lead times.

 

Custom Design Gift Service With Over 10 Baskets/Boxes- (2-3 Weeks + Transit)

Turnaround time for custom orders over 10 Baskets/Boxes requires between 2-3 weeks for production, plus transit time (if the gift baskets/boxes will be shipped). *Larger orders may be subject to longer lead times.

 

*It typically takes between 5-10 business days for shipments to arrive via standard ground shipping, which depends on the "ship to" location. If you are in a bind and need your package delivered sooner, feel free to email us at: oakandembergifts@gmail.com, and we'll see if there is anything we can do to accommodate your gifting schedule.

We are unable to guarantee 100% specific delivery dates. However, there is a high likelihood that it will be delivered by the date requested. Also, keep in mind that we do not ship orders on Saturday's and Sunday's. Shipping occurs Monday-Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. If the delivery schedule falls on a holiday, it may also be subject to delays. Delays are not within our control and as such we cannot issue refunds, offer discounts, or accept returns for gifts that experinece delays.

Your package amount is insured up to $50. You can purchase additional insurance if needed.  

 

Incorrect Addresses-

Customer is responsible for ensuring that keyed info in checkout has the correct shipping address. Please ensure to check before submitting order and the confirmation email of your order. Oak and Ember is not responsible for order postage that comes back due to incorrect shipping address input by customer on checkout page. If an order comes back due to incorrect info keyed then the customer is responsible for postage to reship, if not reshipped then only the cost of the products will be refunded. It is the customers responsibility if an order does not come back to us and we will not reship the order due to customer error. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift baskets/boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final and non-refundable. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with a gift or an item included, please email us within 72 hours of delivery. You can reach us via email at: oakandembergifts@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Replacements will be at the sole discretion of Oak and Ember. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please take a picture of the item and email it to: oakandembergifts@gmail.com within 72 hours of arrival. If more than 72 hours has gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can not offer you a replacement. Also, if your recipient disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages or discrepancy we can not issue a replacement.
