  • Where do you ship?
    We only ship in the United States, however we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii at this time. Also, be aware that it is your responsibility to provide correct shipping information, and notes in the note section to insure proper delivery.
  • What is your lead time?
    Custom Design Gift Service- (3-4 Business Days + Transit) Each project is carefully curated and assembled to your specifications. Therefore, we need at least 3 business days for production (not including the date your order was placed) plus transit time if the order will be delivered. Custom Design Gift Service With Over 10 Baskets/Boxes- Turnaround time for orders over 10 Baskets/Boxes, requires between 2-3 weeks for production plus transit time (if the order will be delivered). Orders of 20 Baskets/Boxes, or more may be subject to longer lead times. Online Shop- (Ready For Pickup/Ready To Ship Collection) In stock pre-designed gift baskets, and curated gift boxes can usually be picked up within 1-2 business days at one of the locations below: Bōda Boutique- Gardner Village- 1100 W. 7800 S. Suite #8 West Jordan, Utah 84088 Highland, Utah- (Just South of The Point of the Mountain) The Painted Tree Boutiques- 86 E. University Parkway Orem, Utah 84058 *For Pickup Orders- Please email us at once you've placed your order and let us know which location you want to pickup from. Typically, for pickup orders, your order will be ready at one of these pickup locations within 2 business days. If you need it sooner than that, let us know and we will see if we can make arrangements for an earlier pickup.
  • Do you have a storefront?
    We have two booths set up inside The Painted Tree in Orem, Utah. Our booth numbers are D19 and D22. The location of The Painted Tree is: 86 E. University Pkwy. Orem, UT 84058. Open Mon-Sat 9am-8pm.
  • Where do you hand deliver?
    We deliver to personal residences and places of business in Utah County, and Salt Lake County.
  • Why are substitutions necessary?
    From time to time, we may be out of a specific item that is shown in any curated gift basket or gift box. We do reserve the right to make substitutions as needed. Not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed, as designer packaging does change quite frequently. Please be aware that at times substitutions of a variance in flavor, fragrance, or packaging will occur. Refunds, discounts, or a new gift being shipped will not be offered due to a substitution. You agree to occasional substitutions by placing your order with us. We do not notify clients prior to component substitutions being made.
  • What is your local hand delivery fee?
    Our hand delivery fee is $15 per drop-off location. Or, FREE for orders over $250.
  • Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
    Once your order is "in process" and is still being fulfilled, you may cancel it. However, if your order has already been shipped, unfortunately you may not cancel it. You can email us at to find out what the status of your order is.
  • How will the recipient know where the gift came from?
    Your message will either be handwritten on a notecard, or printed on our drop shipped orders for a personal touch. Make sure and put a message with your order if it is being shipped to someone.
